|1. Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro charging case teardown
By unpacking, we connected this product’s very textured and unique design. Now enter the teardown part to see the internal structure configuration information.
Pry open the charging case cockpit, there is a wire connection inside the cavity.
Unplug the wire connector to separate the cavity.
The bottom structure of the cockpit is provided with a battery unit and an FPC cable connecting the charging contacts, the atmosphere indicator light, and the Hall element.
The motherboard is fixed at the bottom of the charging case.

Enter the teardown part of the earphone and pry open the metal front cavity along the parting line.
Remove the back cover of the earphone.
In the inner structure of the cover, you can see the metal contacts of the bluetooth antenna and the touch detection patch. The two ends of the cover are equipped with a microphone pickup structure to improve the radio performance.
The headphone motherboard is fixed by a hot-melt plastic column, the middle metal shield is a hollow area where the battery is placed, and there is a cable at the bottom right to connect to the motherboard through a BTB connector.
Pick up the connector and remove the motherboard. The hollow area inside the motherboard is protected by a sponge pad.
In the internal structure of the cavity, the battery is placed obliquely based on the cavity space and fixed by glue.
