01/ HUAWEI FreeBuds 6i Charging Case Teardown
Disassemble the charging case shell and take out the charging bin structure.
The charging bin side structure fixes the motherboard with screws and metal pressure plates. An FPC is set to weld with the motherboard.
The LED indicator light set on the FPC is sealed with a hood on the periphery.
The Hall element structure at the end of the FPC is fixed with a hot melt column.

02/ HUAWEI FreeBuds 6i Earbuds Teardown
Remove the back cover of the earbud stem. The bluetooth antenna and touch detection sensor are set inside the cover. The motherboard is set inside the earbud stem cavity and connected to the FPC through the BTB connector.
Pick up the connector and take out the motherboard.

According to the official introduction, the “resonance muffler” designed based on the Helmholtz resonance principle absorbs and attenuates the external environmental noise, can absorb the external mid-high frequency noise, and reduce the surrounding noisy sound entering the ear.
