There are not too many true wireless bluetooth earphones on the market this year. It is really not that simple to choose a suitable one among many brands and price points. The choice of thousand yuan is relatively easy, but how should one choose the one hundred yuan price range? The UGREEN HiTune T1, which I got recently, seems to give me the answer.
Everyone should be familiar with the name UGREEN, an old brand in the accessories field. In June of this year, it launched its first TWS earphones. The overall performance is around 200RMB, which is quite a surprise.
Appearance
T1 is cheaper than HiTune in terms of series positioning. It is also black, but the shape is very different. The charging case has an oblate shape, good feel and texture, with UGREEN LOGO printed on the top.

The charging case adopts a clamshell magnetic design, and the opening has a slight damping feeling. The earphones will be automatically adsorbed in place when they are gently put in. L and R are marked on both sides, so it is not easy to make mistakes when distinguishing between left and right. There is a pairing reset button and indicator light in the middle.
UGREEN HiTune T1 uses a long earphone handle in-ear design. The splicing sequence of the shell material is “frosted-bright surface-frosted”, and the overall shape is very layered.
Operation experience
For the first pairing, you need to search for the earphones through the mobile phone’s bluetooth, find UGREEN HiTune T1 in the bluetooth list, and click on the selection to directly pair and connect successfully. The whole process does not exceed 10 seconds.
For subsequent use, just open the charging case to automatically complete the pairing with the mobile phone. Except that the first pairing is relatively not as smart as AirPods, the overall convenience is already very high.
Unlike other conventional bluetooth earphones, HiTune T1 uses a transmission scheme similar to AirPods, dual-channel synchronous transmission, while transmitting sound signals to the left and right ears, and the left and right earphones can be used independently without interference.
I tested it for daily use:
1. The two earphones can work independently, picking up any one of them can automatically connect to the phone and start working.
2. Using two earphones at the same time, take off one of them and put it back into the charging case, which does not affect the use of the other.
3. Wearing any earphone when a call comes in will automatically answer the call, similar to the AirPods experience.
4. The earphones can realize quick operation by single-click, double-click, triple-click and long press for 2 seconds.
Wearing experience
Provides eartips of XS, S, M, L four sizes, the auricle fits well, it is comfortable to wear, not heavy, and does not press the ears.
Listening experience
Three-frequency equalization, the low frequency is better than similar products, the mid-frequency vocals are smooth, the high-frequency details are clear, and the connection between the three-frequency is not obvious. It is suitable for listening to popular music. At this price, I am very satisfied with the sound quality performance.
Surprisingly, long press the right earphone for 2 seconds to switch the mode to subwoofer mode.
In addition, the noise reduction effect is great. Not only can you make clear calls in a quiet place, but you can also have “face-to-face” call quality even on a noisy subway. The Four-Wheat noise reduction technology is really powerful.
Summary
UGREEN began to make efforts in the field of TWS earphones this year. As an accessory manufacturer, the quality of the products is guaranteed. The three biggest feelings that HiTune T1 this earphones brings to me are that it looks good, easy to use, and beyond expectations.
Of course, the disadvantages are not without:
1. There is no battery display. After connecting, only the “Connected” sign can be seen, and the battery level is not displayed
2. Slight stethoscope effect
3. The earphone color is single
